The main purpose of the Personnel Department is to provide knowledgeable, competent and entrepreneurial spirit, high social responsibility awareness personnel needed by the units in line with the vision, mission, strategy and objectives of Istanbul Esenyurt University and to benefit from the personnel in the most effective way.
